Milton Clark is the Dean of Undergraduate Studies at California State University, San Bernardino where his duties include academic support programs, the General Education curriculum, and academic outreach in the Inland Empire. A lifelong resident of San Bernardino, Dr. Clark received his B.A. from California State College, San Bernardino and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside. He knows the value of our library system first hand. As a child growing up in San Bernardino, he checked books out of the library nearly every weekend for many years. His love of reading led to a career as an English professor with special expertise in American literature and African-American literature. His goal is to help the library be the most valuable resource it can be for the citizens of San Bernardino.
